Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns Eligibility:

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.

- Some items (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal care items) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at Forbiddencsmtx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund/exchange within 7 days.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at forbiddencsmtx@gmail.com.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
